Pizza at the Fair

This was a bit interesting. I was at the fair and I remembered these people from New Jersey who did Lemon Shake-ups and Elephant Ears. I started talking to them since I was just there. In fact, they knew most of the places where I'd been fairly well. It was kewl to share the experience.

I asked the older man to make me a pizza, since I go all over the place to try pizza. He fried the dough that he also used for Elephant Ears. Then, he added sauce, parmesan cheese (instead of mozzarella or provolone), and pepperoni.

What's more--it was quite good, but I never thought I'd try fried crust.
